Hi,

Can anyone tell me whether a programme was issued for the Carling Cup match between Crewe and Sunderland on 21 September 2004? I don’t recall ever seeing one, and as it’s so relatively recent (and therefore very isolated on my wants list), it’s bugging the life out of me!!
