The first game was P-P

The second game was a reissue with insert P-P

The finally played fixture was a reissue of the original again but with the 2nd insert REPLACING the first insert.

It was believed all second game insert programmes were destroyed but approx. 10 exist.

The existence of supposed pulped updating supplements to postponed issues is, I would say, in the realm of completists.
I know of another instance, and doubtless there's a few more besides.

Realised I hadn't replied....

It certainly makes programme collecting addictive. It was only by luck that I found out the alleged pulped one were not in fact pulped. You have to wonder if that would have been known at all without luck thus meaning a completist would probably never know.

Any other examples? You never know, we may uncover info that someone didn't know.
