Just to put the record straight regarding Brentside Programmes and dealings with 'Thesorter!'. As I am sure you are aware he was kicked off the forum a couple of years back for his abusive behaviour. His ID on ebay is mark-tigers & premierlots (probably others too). His name is Mark Fowler from Blackburn.
He purchased a Buy it Now 44/5 Chesterfield v Man United War Cup Semi Final. Returned it a few days later with the excuse 'I just dont like it, nothing to do with condition it is as described'. (sorry to disappoint all that jumped on that bandwagon!!).
Regarding the comment about this being the first time he has returned an item, this is also UNTRUE!
I have a policy on ebay to block timewasters, non paying bidders and people who bid and win auctions and then want a discount! Yes it does happen as I am sure other Forum Members are aware. Money spent is irrelevant if really not worth the hassle.
I think he has shown his true colours as the word 'IDIOT' seems to feature heavily in his responses to forum members.
The moral of this story is PEOPLE IN GLASS HOUSES SHOULDN'T THROW STONES. If you want the truth dont keep making snide comments among yourselves, pm sent etc. Message the person who knows the truth.

I read the original post from this guy and straight away thought of the many times I have bought something and wished I had not bothered as I paid too much at an auction or on ebay-Red Mist and all of that, there is not a collector around that has not done this and had to stand for it.

As it now turns out you bid on a buy it now and you have seen the condition and it is fine, then how can you return it saying it's too expensive! and you were right to get blocked and Brentside has shown an enormous amount of class in accepting your nonsense and refunding you, especially knowing the history that you have had with them as it has been revealed..

A couple of posters fell in with you until it was known about the BIN, the majority once it was known then most folk reckoned you were at fault, then you started to call folks idiots but in fact rather than keeping your mouth shut you looked for sympathy and attempted to blacken Brentside's good name.

Now the facts are known about your previous with Brentside, it shows how their good name & character has been upheld over this matter knowing that you have done this before.

Well Done once again Brentside, you have been around for a long, long time and have shown the balls to come and explain matters in the same dignified way you dealt with the issue in the first place.

I can honestly say I have never paid more than I wanted to. Regret bidding too low sometimes. If I had purchased an item and I regretted it later I would never consider returning it. That was down to me. Unfortunately, there are people out there who are stupid enough not to realise what they are buying. Then its everyone else's fault except their own.
