I would assume that the point is why is something being offered for sale individually or as a collection when it is currently on eBay as an auction and has bids so either the person bidding on eBay or someone off the forum contacting the seller will be disappointed and / or wasting their time.

correct. I was the first bidder on these and are watching it for another bid but will the seller cancel the auction if he doesnt get what he wanted for it? time will tell.
