Shamrock rovers 1904?

Can anyone confirm whether this is Shamrock Rovers? The kit doesn't look right but the ball clearly says shamrock and also the emblem on the shift is a bit of a give away!

Don't forget though that teams in that era, and from both Ireland and Scotland added Shamrock as the second part of their club title, like we use Unied or City nowadays.

No idea Stephen to be honest. Even now in Scotland - at the Junjuor grade - we have clubs with Thistle, Rose, Violet and Bluebell in their names, and clubs like Loanhead Mayflower who went out of business many moons ago. Can't think of any down south of the border with monickers like that, must be a celtic thing.

As one who has written the history of both the leinster Football Association and Leinster Senior League in Ireland this is not Shamrock Rovers the badge is a four leaf clover shamrock has only three leefs
