Post subject: Football Sport Auctions LIQUIDATOR REPORT |
|
|
Hi,
Don't know if anyone else on here who was left out of pocket by the odious Lane's FSA operation has got the Liquidator's Report today.
Some highlights, or lowlights:
1) Company account unfortunately had just a piddling £104.88 in it
2) There were 57 creditors
3) Owed some £178,070
4) Lane's firm managed to run this debt up since just Dec 2010
5) Lane declared himself bankrupt on 19 July last year
Here is a potential kicker, the liquidator states:
"I did identify many transactions that on face value could represent transactions at an undervalue, preference, and or general misfeasance in accordance with insolvency legislation."
He then chased Lane for £200k that should have been paid by the director to the company for "the benefit of creditors", but was informed Lane had pulled his bankruptcy move.
But I wonder if the damning words above may lead to some more action, civil or otherwise, against our friend from the Wirral. |
