The football programme shop

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place but I was just wondering if anyone else is having or has had problems with the football programme shop, I know it was formally nwprogmmes. I ordered a couple of programmes and was told after emailing them it had been sent that day, so I gave it a couple of weeks and still no programmes. So I emailed again and 9 nines later still no reply but I received a newsletter yesterday. Only problem is both the websites come up with server error 403.

Hi, I took out a Tottenham home subscription with them before the end of last season and I know that the guy who has taken over there has sent emails out to all who are waiting explaining that he is trying to get through all remaining orders which will take time and to show you what I mean I actually today got the programme against Man City from the 2nd October!

Whoever was the owner before must have left a lot of debt and took orders knowing that they couldn't honour them so I know it's frustrating but I personally am more than happy to give this guy a chance.

It may be worth you checking your spam emails in case you received his explanation as well.

The previous owner or the new was constantly putting on 50% off offers to try and clear stock, presumably to help ease the debt situation ?
