If anyone is interested there is a Rugby League fayre at The Shay, Halifax on 2 January 2010, from 10:30.

Im going to be purchasing a collection soon which include every cardiff city rugby league programme, would there be much value to them ?

It's possible. Some people do collect programmes from the now defunct clubs that sprung up in the 80s, namely Cardiff/Bridgend, Mansfield, Kent Invicta, Nottingham and Springfield Borough.

If it's an entire collection you're probably better off selling it as one lot
