Maybe our friend will tell us again why this guy keeps bidding as he does ? I wouldn't be happy with someone bidding 71 times and the total so far is only £2 . It is bizarre behaviour and does not do the seller any favours. I've been in touch with the seller before and he seems a nice, honest genuine bloke. But this odd bidder is er .... odd Laughing It has took him more than three minutes to make all the bids.

how bizarre. Total is now nearer £40 but you can see the preceeding bids and it looks like he just sat down and put in a whole bunch of bids in £1 increments. ......also put in a massive bid of £555 and then retracted it.

So many of those Everton/Liverpool progs from that era seem to be covered in sellotape. Anyone know if they all originate from the same central collection???

Apparently he has been in touch with Norris Mcwhirter asking for the world record for most bids placed on Ebay in a lifetime and he has decided to have a crack at it.

Sorry I'm taking the piss, once again your guess is as good as mine,he's my very own Ebay stalker! Razz

Most of the ones I have come across seemed to be from ex bound volumes and the paper quality of those early issues was very poor. I used to have a 1908 issue which I was extremely reluctant to even pick up as a piece of it seemed to come away every time I did! I eventually managed to sell it before it crumbled altogether! Sad

A cynical man would ask 'why does he bid on all your items but nobody else's?' Confused
