Hello all,

I have a collection of about 300 programmes going back only to 1982 of mainly one club although also a number of cup finals. I collect cup games including current issues but nothing as I said before 1982.
I have read a lot of the posts on this site from other more serious collectors and it sounds like my collection is not really worth much. What bracket of collector would I come into?

In monetary terms your collection may not be worth a lot but most people do not collect for resale value but for the enjoyment of collecting.

Don't worry about 'labels' or other peoples collections. Just enjoy collecting for your own satisfaction and enjoyment. Thumbs Up

Why do we have to keep putting people into " brackets" ? You're a collector of modern programmes. I have called this stuff tat and worthless as others have. That's only my opinion, but if that's what you enjoy or what your pockets allow then so what.
If everyone only collected the older items, then their prices would be even higher.

When you're old the programmes will be old too. Maybe in 10 years time, programmes will stop, or some of the teams involved will be defunct. If it jogs your memory and you enjoy them then carry on. Smile
