I have been trying to contact them by telephone over the last few days to ask them about a programme they have on their website, but there's no answer each time I try - does anyone know if they are still going?

Pretty sure they are - I ordered some programmes a few weeks ago and they arrived quite quickly, and then I submitted some offers last week and got a reply to my email saying that everything was fine.

I phoned them a few weeks back, it took a few times to get through but they are still going, i think they said they don't answer the phones on thursday's. keep trying.

Hi website says:
Please note that we are strictly MAIL ORDER and regretfully because of the pressure of work we cannot allow personal callers especially as the majority of the programmes are stored elsewhere. In addition we are also NO LONGER TAKING TELEPHONE ORDERS.
