Why are you posting on this forum?

All the programmes you list are readily available from several dealers at circa £1 each!!!

You are probably wasting your time asking for "Offers" on run of the mill stuff. Let's see how many Offers you receive.

I am assuming you must have a "value" in mind? Would it not be simpler to advertise the lot with a fixed price on the Fixed Price thread and see if there are any takers?

He's posting on here because I advised him to, if that's okay with you footyfan. I concluded a deal with beefy last week, and have been offered some more programmes. I didn't want them all because I don't buy 1960's English general league and cup, so I said it would be a good idea to post them on here.
Am sorry if it's upset you, I didn't realise this was a forum for people to be told what they can and can not offer for sale. I'll get the dunce hat and go and stand in a corner.
Beefy, by the way, acted in a very friendly and wholly co-operative way in his dealings with me, and I put a recommendation in the appropriate page, in case anyone had any further dealings with him and wanted to check him out. Doubt that'll include footyfan.....

wasn't sure of the prices to be honest, so just thought i'd put it on for offers as i didn't want to put a silly figure (completely overpriced) but at the same time didn't want to diddle myself, thanks for the advice though.

Apologies to beefy and anyone else I may have upset/offended, that was not my intention

I believe we have already had the Programmes For Sale and Fixed Price Sale thread debate on the Forum.

If I remember correctly it was decided to introduce A Programmes For Sale at Fixed Prices to get away from the 'Offers' lark for run of the mill stuff.

A cursory check on any number of Main Dealers will give you an idea of worth and you can set your Fixed Price accordingly.

Anyway, I am suitably chastened and will refrain from offering advice in future. Get My Coat
