Sneaking on FPC at Work

Following a request from a prominent poster on this board, I've added the option to be able to disable peoples avatars so that you can browse the site at work without attracting too much attention to your screen!

To change your settings just go to "Profile" and you will see;

Allow avatars:
- Yes
- No

I also added in the ability to turn off peoples signatures if you want;

Allow signatures:
- Yes
- Yes, but no images
- No

Also ive just added a new emoticon for our Liverpudlian friends and changed so that all emoticons are to the left of your screen as you are writting a topic.
