Tonights game was a bit boring boring so i loaded up 3 programmes onto my flickr page which i have had on loan to the Manchester United museum.
i retrieved them today and thought it might prove prove a talking point for the fans on this forum of Manchester United,Aston Villa,Bradford City and Newcatle United

1-Manchester United v Aston Villa a programme dated Feb 4th 1911-it is the first FA Cup match ever played at Old Trafford and the attendance was in excess of 60,000(Manchester United in the FA Cup)

2-a Pirate programme for the 1911 FA Cup Final replay played at Old Trafford on 26/4/1911.
This game does not have an official programme and this is believed to be the only thing to exist(100 years at Old Trafford)

3-a printers proof programme for the 1957 FA Cup Final replay.
of course Manchester United lost 2-1 to Aston Villa with Ray Wood breaking his collarbone.
If a replay was required it was scheduled to be played at Goodison Park on 9/5/1957(postponed and abandoned)

i have indicated in brackets next to each item which set they are in and of course they are in the photostream.
All 3 are,as i am aware,totally unique.
i don't believe there are two of any of these but i may be wrong.

i have loaded up about 300 press photos of which most are pre war.
from the emails i have received i can see a lot of Manchester United fans have enjoyed them.
it is open to anybody who wishes to view them.

well that is just under 700 items on my flickr page now.
i estimate another 10,000 to 15,000 to go so please let me know if anything appeals to you

Wow - good to know about the 1957 "Replay" at Goodison. I think there have been a number of non-matches scheduled for Goodison over the years including other non-Replays.
