Eastbourne Borough Supporters Tournament 2009 - Programmes

On the 12th July , Eastbourne Borough Supporters Team are holding a 6 Aside tournament, It will be at Bishop Bell School Field in Eastbourne Kicking off at 10am and finishing at 5pm.

Was just wondering if any of you lot were interested in coming along and having your own pitch to sell programmes. Pitches are £5 each and you will have to provide your own table or what ever you want to sell them on. All the money you raise you can keep.

We are also looking for sponsors if anyone has a company ?

Here is what we are offering for the sponsors:

£200 - A Main Sponsor will get :

* A Whole Page Ad In The Programme
* The Company/Business name on the front cover of the programme.
* Their Name Printed on the Winners Cup.
* They will be offered a stall at the tournament to try and promote their company.
* Advertisement on our Posters and Flyers leading up to the tournament.
* A whole page dedicated to the Sponsor on the Tournament website.
* We would have Flyers and Leaflets around the tournament advertising your company/business.


Please be aware their is only one place for a Main Sponsor so it is First Come First Server.

£50 - A normal sponsor (£50) will receive :

* Half page advert in the tournament programme
* Offered a stall at the tournament to try and promote their company/business.
* A logo from their company/business on the Tournament website.
* Small Flyers and Posters on Show in the Main Tournament Tent.


We are also looking for just programme sponsors for £25 per sponsor, this would include a full A5 page ad in the tournament programme.

So we have:

* Main Tournament Sponsor £200
* Normal Sponsor £50
* Programme Advert £25
