footballprogrammes.com have this item for sale at £150, but then again a few of these have gone unsold recently on ebay at £75. Three progs currently listed on ebay ranging from £85 to £150

Kev, I recently sold this programme on ebay with writing on the front for £20.00 I wouldn't expect anymore than £35.00 If I were you
