Well what can I say?

We can live with being in the shadow of the massive club in S6, although it's pretty shameful that their tiny neighbours still have a far superior head to head record against them.

We survived being bombed during the war, losing 4 FA Cup semi Finals, 3 play off finals and a penalty shoot out against Bristol Rovers in the Watney Cup.

We've always sold any good players for peanuts, some even to Leeds.
We've gone from 1st to 4th and back again, and now we're trying to do it all again.

We were scarred by the likes of Furphy, Sirrell, Haslam, peters, kendell & heath.

In 99', the two candidates for the manager's job was Warnock & Megson.
the club chose wisely.

Cheated out of the premier league for a second time, We turned to Bryan Robson as our saviour, the club chose badly.

It's the old man I feel sorry for: 63 years a season ticket holder and a sunny afternoon at Feethams in 82' is all that he's got to show for it.

And now this: the word since the sacking of Micky Adams, has been 'stability' a manager who's going to get the all of the club pulling in the same direction'. A manager who will return the club to the times when the staff couldn't wait to get to work, a club where all the staff were happy. I am led to believe that nearly all the staff do not want him in the club.
How on earth is the appointment of a 'tired' manager going to achieve stability and harmony.

They are obsessed with 'experience', take a look at the successful managers in league 1 recently, Mr Chairman, Poyet, Adkins, Ferguson, Howe, Clark, Lambert, others like the lad at Exeter have done an excellent job, one factor, all young, hungry managers.

We are led to believe that DW beat off very strong competition from many managers, and the choice was between DW and Mark Robins.
Who the hell did we interview? Little Johnny, at the end of our street with the gammy leg and wonky eye, who once managed to take his team to the fourth round of the FA Cup on Fifa 11.

Experience, give me a break. Stop listening to former United managers with Cockney accents and ditch this ridiculous farce.

F**k it, lets go the whole hogg and play in blue and white stripes.
Has the chairman, an astute businessman, even considered the financial implications. We're a little short at the moment, so we'll get the crowds flocking in by appointing 'a porker'. Brilliant!

Right I'm off for a lay down now with a mug of horlicks
