Just seen Bradfords opening game in division four against Aldershot 1969/70 on ebay, go to the caption Buy It Now £99.99 +£1.00 postage. is that really the price of this programme Bradfords last seaon in the league.

Or can anyone get it any cheaper then that?

I have the programme but was shocked when I saw the price.

Well overpriced,

Its the away match at Aldershot on the 20/04/70 which sells for a few quid (used to sell for around £100+ a few years back now gos for £50 - £70 pending on the staples).

Seller dose say in there listing the last one sold for £112! So looks like the last one that sold was bought by someone with with there dates mixed up.

This programme is 1 of the harder BPA Final Season Homes to find, probably because it was the 1st game of the season.

I sold a copy recently for £30 which is about right. The recent sale on EBay of £112 appears to be a classic case of 2 bidders getting carried away.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BRADFORD.....499wt_1153

A day later the Buy It Now appeared, hoping to pick up on the earlier interest. However, there were no takers at £99 which indicates that it was grossly overpriced.

It seems to be common practice that when a programme sells for an extraordinary sum 2 or 3 more EBay listings appear quite quickly.

Best advice is to set your bid limit and stick with it, if you miss out invariably another usually comes along quite quickly.
