Probably one for Auchinleckian, but does anyone know of any pre-war issues in existence from these long defunct West Lothian league clubs?

Just as a wee history lesson, Bathgate FC and Broxburn United are long gone, as are Armadale FC, although Junior club Armadale Thistle still play at their Volunteer Park, probably one of the oldest grounds in Scotland. These three clubs barely made it into the 30's.

Bo'ness FC (who limped on in non league football after withdrawing from the League) and Junior club Bo'ness Cadora merged after WWII to form a new Junior club Bo'ness United, who play at Bo'ness FC's Newtown Park (including original stand now sadly closed) and who just eliminated Queens Park from the Scottish Cup last week.

Have never seen a club issue for any Junior club pre war but do know od some in existence.
About 10 years back there was a guy called Hal Mason who used to write the non league preview in Programme Monthly every month. He was also the Colchester historian before his passing. We used to speak on the phone most Sunday nights and he would talk about some of his pre war Junior issues from Ayrshire teams, now also long since defunct such as Patna.
Have had pre war Junior memorabilia, including international itineraries, but sadly, no programmes.

I'm sure I've seen an early St.Bernards issue against either Armadale or Bo'ness, can't remember which. I'm also sure there's a Hearts v Bo'ness issue floating around somewhere, but I've never heard of home issues for these clubs when they were in the league.

Never heard of a pre-war Junior club issue either although have seen pre-war Junior international issues.
