If i was to bid online and win an auction for £50

How much would i have to pay inc fees.

Sorry for not reading all the gumf.....Bit lazy today xxx

I think online buyers fees are around 18% so a £50 item would be around £59. Then p&p is extra.

It would be around £61.00 (22% approx buyer premium)
You could always email Chris Williams and place a commision bid if there is a max price you are prepared to bid as this would reduce the rate to 17.63% as bidding online there is a further charge of 3% Exc VAT but if you really want something i think its better to bid online

Dont forget the packing charge at sportingold which goes on top of postage costs !!!

Is it just me and it could be, but am I alone in thinking that the prices at sporting gold auctions tend to be somewhat on the high side.


I don't know who does the estimates, but Lot 766 for example,
Luton v Sheffield United Postponed 1/1/96, (£25-30). It's worth a quid at a push.
