Has anyone any news on TIM DAVIDSON. A friend has a lot of autographs with him for auction. On ringing up he was told "He is ill", "he has gone abroad" and other variations. This does not look good for my pal so any news would be welcome.

He held an auction last month without any issues, collected my lots the next day, although Tim wasn't in the office

The last but one catalogue included a note about Tim that he wasn't very well and was taking time off for a while, leaving it in the hands of Lorna, Claire & Justin. I don't have that catalogue now so can't be precise on wording.

In the July 12th catalogue the Auctioneer's Notes are from Lorna, Claire, Justin, Jess & Georgia, with no mention of Tim, though it does go on to say "Further details from Tim, Lorna & Claire". So maybe he's taking a bit of a back seat.

I've dealt with Tim for many years and never had any sort of issues. I hope he's well and am sure your pal has nothing to worry about.
