Signing in problems are back ?

having been eeffectively locked ou for a year previously like some Dystopian nightmare I just had the old problem again. Password not recognised we send a new password (maybe) and when you type in the number sent to your email it does not recognise it and you have to ask for another and so it goes on. Eventually at 4th attempt I'm let back in and then have to change my sign in to something memorable not Qvx5R !
I do hope this is not going to be the start of the moody again, if so I'm out, too much hassle! Rant over,
