Had a spam email from his account ( dcfc.....) which I have deleted but it occurs to me someone on here might know him and can leyt him know h has been hacked. Or he might be on here....

its the usual buy me an Amazon card request...

Also received an invoice from eBay this morning telling me I'd spent £700 on a new computer. As far as I know, I haven't, though I am getting a bit forgetful! Didn't appear in my eBay purchases and my Paypal account was untouched. Not sure what any hacker hopes to gain from that.
