This change is a few months in the future but forum members who have large stocks of 1st and 2nd class stamps will be interested in the attached.

The post office is setting up a swap shop in march where you can exchange the old stamps for the new ones. They will supply more details later.

As per the article it is Royal Mail setting up the "Swap Out" scheme,not the Post Office they are a separate business.
