Hi All

Looking for some advice here, i think the time has come for me to sell my prized possession in my Arsenal programme collection, the programme in question is from the 1893/4 season. So as the heading says which auction house would you use to sell with and also who has the most global coverage when it comes to selling football programmes or does this not matter?.

Surely Sportingold, Graham Budd or Sporting Memorys for something super rare like that.

I think all of those are good auction houses and I would certainly also throw Staceys into the mix.
Whichever is the best may all come down to who charges you the least commission/charges.

Arsenal v Accrington 1893/4 season, I guess from your previous posts. What is the condition like please? What is the date please? Arsenal joined the FL that season, but from what I can find out Accrington resigned from the FL in July 1893, thanks

The programme is for a friendly match which was played on 13th January 1894, the match is recorded in Fred Ollier's Arsenal a complete record book.

Regards

I would suggest either Graham Budd or one of Dave Alexander's auctions at Stacey's. They tend to focus on fewer auctions but more quality so the collectors with the deepest pockets always take note of those auctions.

A couple of very valid points there goonerboy. Thumbs Up

Thinking if i do sell it's going Graham Budd's way at the moment.

Cheers.
