Israel v England Under 23s 1964

I recently purchased this very decorative item on eBay . It’s a copper box decorated with stones in the image of a menorah . I could be wrong, but l imagine that they might have handed out as a gift to the England team when lsrael played England Under 23s in May 1964. Joe Mercer was due to manage the team on this tour, but was taken ill and l think Sir Alf Ramsey accompanied the team? Perhaps they were for sale in the shops? I contacted the lsrael FA and National Football Museum, but so far have had no replies. Perhaps lsrael handed these boxes out to other international opposition teams that they played as gifts during this era? Has anyone got any ideas. Many thanks.
