Just announced from Swansea City that they will not be producing hard copy programmes for this season, unless you pay £69.99 for the whole season and they will send you all the home programmes ( including cup games if there are any) in 1 package when the season has finished.

There is a digital copy on our webpage for every match but I think this will be similar for most clubs for the forseeable future.

I will be getting an official teamsheet for all home games sent to me from a friend, but there will only be 1 copy and they will be sent every couple of months, so if any championship club supporters require a teamsheet I am happy to photocopy the original and send to you for just the postage cost ( not ideal i know but its the best I can think of)

Heres wishing all supporters of all clubs good luck for the season ( until you play us obviously)

Thank you for your time guys

pm'd you

I'm with you on this mate, but the Swans did a subscription last season for printed versions to be sent for all home games and apparently only 60 of us subscribed, so maybe understandable but doesnt help us collectors does it lol

On the Ignition site it does look like programmes will be produced...but the official website states differently.

Ignition are selling the Freemium magazines:

Stoke City’s official match-day publication is free to pick up at the bet365 Stadium this season, but if you can’t make it to the Potteries every game have the club’s revered publication delivered direct to your door with FREE postage.

This B5-sized 64-page issue will be sent second class by Royal Mail on the Friday before a weekend fixture, and should be expected no longer than four working days after the match.

The price for this edition is £2.50, with FREE post and packaging to a UK/Ireland address.

I appreciate that you won't know exactly what Stoke's Freemium is until the first one comes out, but if they are producing a free 64 page magazine every home game, presumably it will have the date on it, and it will effectively 'become' the programme for that days game?

As long as it has the squads, and officials on or near the back, and the date on the front?

Hopefully the away fans get access to copies too.

Sounds like the club think they are being clever on this one by changing things up, whereas most fans don't especially want massive change.

Huddersfield website says:

"Hopefully you’ve also seen that we’ve changed our match day programme to be free to the first 10,000 supporters on a first come, first served basis, with our advertising partners making that possible."

A lot of these new ideas regards programmes do not take into account supporters/collectors unable to attend a match.
Some clubs who last season relied on online sales are NOT offering that option this season, not a good business decision when all income is needed.

The above link says:

"A limited number of programmes will be available online from shop.htafc.com after the conclusion of the match, although please note that you will be charged for postage."

Otherwise I am sure they will appear on E Bay.

Reply from Stoke media

Yes, we will be producing a free match-day programme for every home league game. Each issue will be individual to games.

There will also be the opportunity to order programmes from our programme publisher Ignition.

Had this confirmed by Ignition. If you cannot buy at the ground, it costs £2.50 from Ignition, which covers postage as well. Stoke requested it as a just in case.

Why are people bidding up the Huddersfield v Fulham programme on E Bay?

You can buy it and tomorrow's home programme v Preston for nothing from the HT shop and pay just £1 P&P per programme for delivery.
