1987/88 League Cup programmes

Does anyone know if any games were postponed during the 1987/88 Littlewoods (League) Cup campaign and a second programme issued for the re-arranged fixture?
Or if there are any other odd ball programmes from the competition that year?

Anyway, the Wikipedia page for the League Cup that year has dates of every game - they suggest at least that there were no postponements
