Programme dealer

Has anyone had problems with an online dealer football-programmes.net?

I order some programmes from them on January 23rd, paying the same day via Paypal. I received an email from them the same day with an order number and relevant info. There was no indication that it might be over a week or more before I received the programmes.

I have still not received my programmes and, as yet, had no response to an email I sent to them on February 6th, asking if there is a problem with my order.

I've used them in the past with no problems. It can take a while for the programmes to come out, as i believe programme sellers can sell their programmes through the site. On orders before i've had them come from different people.

I only had one problem when they sent me the wrong programme, i e-mailed them and had no response, so chased them a week later and they were very apologetic and sorted the problem out for me.

Just come across this message today, having ordered 2 programmes from them only at 4pm today! I hope they come though OK.

On Davids Ebay listings it states that 'the seller is away until 20th February'.
Don't get too nervous I've never had a problem - a very good dealer with some excellent items.

Having posted this last week both my programmes which i ordered arrived safely on Saturday and Monday . Two separate letters so may have come from other sellers, but they did arrive very swiftly, so i would be happy to recommend this seller.

Has anyone dealt with M60 football programmes before?

I ordered 2 programmes from them 8th January. 1 programme arrived on 5th February but I still haven't received the other one.

Their comms have been poor and they have haven't responded to an email I sent them over a week ago, or my follow-up

I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

It's now 44 days since I paid for my programmes and I've still not received a single one and no apology or explanation for this. Disgraceful.

Just for the record I've now had a reply from M60, apologising for the delay responding and a refund for the missing programme.
