Clayanger art pottery

Today I got a Clayanger Art Pottery, Willy's team figurine (quite randomly).

Does anyone know something about the value and the year it's made?

6/2/1932? Great rivalry here the teams and do not seem to have met too often so a rare win commemorated with this item. Value difficult to say, but a Vale fan might part with a few bob for it!

Value, about £30. or worth £40 if by some miracle two Port Vale fans both want it!

That is a lovely thing. To me, it's a beautiful piece of artwork as well as an item of football memorabilia. Keep it and treasure it. And that's coming from a Hearts Supporter!

I am from the Netherlands and I bought this one from a colleague as a kind of joke. He found it near a waste container. Someone put it there quite randomly. I like the fact that there is some history around it and that you guys are so enthusiastic about it!
I will keep it for a while and certainly wont throw it away. Maybe I saved a very little bit of English memorabilia haha!

You can see I do not have many, one day I hope to have a large collection of many clubs, as I know at least 20 different football ones exist

It is a lot cheaper than collecting football 'toby' character jugs for example

Unfortunately most people throw them away, like yours was! So I do not find them for sale very often!

Many times I find them after they have been sold!
