Burnley F C season 59/60 Daily Claret

I have a Burnley v Tottenham 1/3/1960 programme with a Daily Claret number 13 wraparound.

Can any member tell me if this was a standard issue during that season?

It wasn't issued during that season. It will probably have been a giveaway to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the league win;whether from the local paper or that seasons [2009/10] programmes I don't know. There should be a date at the top of page 2.
I`ve got a set of them a few of which I`ve had photo`d for my site 10footballs.com

The programme looks like a reproduction and that is confirmed by, as you mention, the date at the top of page 2 i.e. February 6, 2010.

Have to say that the fonts used look modern and computer generated

Strangely enough the latest Sporting Gold catalogue has, at lot 683, a description which solves the little mystery.
It appears that the "daily claret" was an insert included inside limited edition programmes [sold at £15 each!] for the 2009/10 season
