In Decembers edition of Programme Monthly in the Letters section [page 4]they have published this:

"I have just received a letter from the FSA Liquidators[Absolute Recovery Ltd] which says
FSA Liquidators says the Director Andrew Lane has now been discharged from his Bankruptcy. The official Receiver has confirmed that no dividend will be paid to any creditors in the Bankruptcy. The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has concluded their investigation into the conduct of Mr Andrew Lance in his capacity as a Director of the company and a decision will be made upon whether he will face disqualification proceedings will be made imminently"

Name and address of whom sent this to Pm " was withheld"

As I was not involved personally in having any of my items or my funds that went missing or just disappeared into thin air, I am unable to comment, but I am certain that there are just one or two who will have something to say about this new information.

Andrew John Lane has received a substantial TEN year ban from the Insolvency Service. He will not be allowed to run or be involved in any businesses for ten years from Feb 2018.
Great News but still leaves me & at least 45 others with considerable financial losses. Be Warned !!

It's easily surm,ountable having a ban like that if you put your spouse in sole charge of the business. Still good to see he got something though.

Yes and that what he did with his assets (cars, house etc all in wife's name!)
However as I understand it the decision now precludes HIM from even being involved/associated with any business. Maybe I am an optimist??!!
