You can now upload an avatar to use yourself in the user control panel - if you click on profile at the top of the page, and then scroll down to avatars at the bottom, you can browse your computer and upload the pic yourself.

If you can't work out how to do it then I'm sure Craig or Barrett will come along and help you shortly!

Actually, it seems as though that feature isn't working properly at the moment, but you can still link to an online avatar in the same place!

And the flowerpot picture would be disturbing, please don't!!
