A few months ago I bought a Youth Cup programme (on 2nd chance) and it didn't arrive. The seller then, eventually "sent" me another one - or at least an empty envelope with no programme in it. When I tried to contact the seller I got no reply and eventually had to open a dispute to get my £4 back - well today I just won it from someone else for 99p plus postage.
