I've just bought from ebay a four page Sunderland Supporters fans publication from 1949/50. I've never seen any other copies in all my years collecting programmes. What attracted me to it was a team line up page v Derby County. Very interesting reading what the fans thought all those years ago.On the back is an advert for the cup game v Spurs. £2 includes Rail and match ticket. I guess it was produced for every game but as i say i've never seen one and doubt many have survived. That's the best thing about collecting. You think you've seen it all and then some little gem pops up.

Quite often these are the things I find more interesting than the programmes. This is why I save all my match and train tickets, and leaflets from the club etc., because I think in years to come, someone will think the same as me.
