Can anyone tell me if this is scarce for any particular reason ?

No I don't think so, like any from that season of Cardiff homes they surface quite regularly. Used to be a £20-25 programme but now maybe a £5-£15 depending on demand.

Sorry Tony I missed your reply.
It just goes to show about prices. I was offered and accepted £40. Last one the guy needed from the season. Another collector also offered the same amount. I think he may have been a Luton collector

Well done on getting that. It goes to show you can never tell, as a Cardiff collector I always felt that was an 'easy' one. But it goes to show how wrong you can be. I saw a Cardiff away Welsh Cup go on Ebay for £122 the other week, with two bidders against each other. I bought the same item from a dealer for £15 2 months ago! Supply and demand eh?
