Any one else had problems with this Company?

I pre ordered a programme which never arrived.

When I queried it they said it must be lost in the post so they sent another which never arrived.

When I queried that they said they would send one signed for delivery and, guess what, that never arrived either. I sent a chaser earlier today asking for my money back but so far no reply apart from an automated response.

Very slow in responding to issues, but they do eventually get resolved.

The thing that annoys me the most is that they are constantly running a 'limited time' offer, which after it end they extend 'due to technical issues with the website'

If it was that much of a problem you would have changed website years ago, just be honest and run the offer longer !!!
