Hi All,

Does anyone know who Walsall played at Fellows Park on 14th April 1964? I have the ticket with the date but can't find an official fixture so guess it is a friendly - for some reason I have Man City in the back of my head as opponents but can't find any record of this now!

In addition, was there a programme for whichever match it is?

Not sure it would have been Manchester City as on Monday 13th April they played away at Blackburn Rovers in the Lancashire Cup s/f and then they played a friendly at home on Wednesday 15th April v International XI. But you never know it could have been possible to play another in between!!

Must be a friendly...they played Hull at home the previous Saturday but nothing listed for the date you mentioned.
