What a cheek £5 its not as if either of the clubs won anything last season or it's a special game. Still I suppose people will still buy it

When we played Charlton away in 2007 in the first game of the season, the programme was £5. To be fair they doubled it up with their handbook for the season. It was a good read but I can understand as an away fan, why you might pass on it.

Outside Old Trafford, the programme sellers always try hard to sell me a combo deal of the programme plus a Man Utd magazine, I always pass on the latter.

Off topic, getting a bit bored of WBA mimicking album covers, famous advertising posters etc as their programme cover, wish they'd just do something normal again, they look rubbish and its getting boring.

Completely disagree. Fair play to any club who tries new designs such as this. Clubs should be applauded for this, but I understand those who would rather stick with the same old formula.

They did it all last season as well to be fair.

A complete set of home programmes must look a mess when there is no same style to the cover each game

I rather like the 'artist' ones they had done by Paine Proffitt a couple of seasons ago, but I just don't care for these random ones each week

It's like the guy in the Programme department is a frustrated former student of art and design

West Brom programmes were always a bit avant-garde in their design back in the late 60s/early-mid 70s.

Much usage of bubble-esque fonts.
