I would assume so, especially to Hammers collectors Don't know how collectable, but it has to be worth well in excess of ordinary Potter's homes from that era. Julian Boodell would be your best bet for an evaluation.

There is one at an auction in Manchester today.It is in with a small lot of Man Utd away programmes guide price £30 -40.Those include Benfica,Partisan Belgrade and Northampton 65/66 but are worn and have writing on.
May be a good buy, but i've not been able to find any info on it anywhere and maybe isn't enough for me to take time off work and gamble!
