Hi Jim. Is there much about his time at Rhyl towards the end of his career? Think he signed for them in the summer of 1931. Would be interested in buying the book if there is a bit about his stint by the Welsh seaside!

Until recently (particularly after the coup d'etat at Rhyl), the Rhyl v Bangor game was always a tasty derby. In a league that is used to attendances of less than 200, the North Wales Coast derby used to regularly get 4 figures and is the only LoW game that I've seen a police support helicopter directing the police to the trouble on the walk back to the station!
