Wow! Got given this today - Cowes FC Supporters Club badge from the 1920's or 30's. Made by H. Slingsby of Nuneaton. Had heard rumours of it but had never even seen one before today.

My Dad popped into a charity shop on the Island last week to buy some Christmas cards, and spotted it in amongst a few other enamels and picked it up for a couple of quid! It's in much better condition than the photo shows too (no loss of enamel over the castle badge - that's just the flash).

Anyone else with any old Cowes FC badges available please get in touch

That's a fantastic find by your Dad yachtsmun.

It just goes to show there are still scarce or unusual items to find on our high streets despite the predominance of internet auction sites.
