Aston Villa v Manchester United 1948

Just unearthed this which also has a press cutting of the match.

FA Cup 3rd Round at Villa Park. It's a 4 pager and the paper is thin but overall in good condition.

United ended up winning 6-4.

Does anyone know if this is a rare one? And if so are there any records of what it went for the last time at auction ?

Not exactly rare, very collectable due to the score and it involved Manchester United.
I have prices for some of it's appearances on eBay.
