Every now and then I list one or two spares for sale on Ebay.

Each time I then get sent an email "offer" from Ebay, saying that I can have 100 free listings (as opposed to 20) if I want, but have to "sign up" for the offer.

Has anyone experience of this, and actually signed up for the 100 listings? Does it mean you have to tie in with any other schemes of theirs, eg such as the postal ones which have given so many people grief.

Am slightly dubious about having to sign up, if it was that great why not just say on you go and list the 100?

Hi
Get this offer all the time. All you do is accept and you have 100 extra free listings.
That's all really.

We use turbo-lister and get a load prepared in advance of any free listing offer.

It makes life easier as this means that we just have upload them on a Sunday evening during the offer period which takes no time at all.

Although I have used I turbo-lister a lot it has to be one of the worst pieces of software ever invented.

I much prefer to set up a number of scheduled listings and then change them to an immediate start when required.

Any that are not used can then be rescheduled ready for next time.

All I do is fill out the listings and then abandon them before pressing the "list" button. They are then automatically saved in drafts all ready for when you do want to list. Smile

I have had no problems with T/L in all the years I have used it.

We have some old listings that we use as templates and just amend them as necessary for each new listing. We store listings awaiting upload in various folders so we can upload what we want, when we want. Simples.

I did the same for years but the amount of times T/L suddenly decided to shut down was starting to get annoying. I did have '000s of templates/drafts though so I used to put it down to the software not being able to handle the volume.

Then I discovered scheduling/rescheduling and that works much better for me.
