I am thinking of streamlining my collection to free up some space for new additions. I was going to get rid of some of my modern league programmes . I know the modern stuff ( 1980's onwards) are not generally worth that much but is the league stuff the advisable stuff to get rid of and keep any cups/Europe/ friendlies/testimonials?

Cheers

As an example i'm trying to think of Rangers 80's that are quite rare, most tour matches EASY, league and cup home and away EASY, postponed, moderate, european away 85-90 EASY, 80-85 moderate.

It is difficult to generalise on these because it is only really the odd individual programme but generally referred to as waste paper.

I'm forgetting recent transactions, I have recently sold many hundreds of bulk 70's,80's & 90's in bulk to people who have came and picked them up, cash on delivery, I have sold at an average of 20p each but 20p x 750 is not a bad wedge. I have had most success with these, selling to rangers supporters who are not collectors, so whatever your club is, it is advisable to try to sell your stuff locally to people on fan sites of which you are a member, or as I have done, started a Rangers Programme & memorabilia sale page on facebook.
