Any idea if this is rare or value or even the attendance for the match

Are you sure it's a League Cup game?? I thought the League Cup started in 1960-61 season, however I believe there was a war time League Cup during the 1940's.

yes it was FA Cup semi-final Hull leading 2-0 and ended up 2-2 and Arsenal won 1-0 in the replay

The replay game (played at Leeds) is harder than the initial semi final. I've seen them around before but of course not all that often.

Can't particularly help on value but it's in our collection.

The 2-2 match was offered for £450 in 2012 (G, sm hole, sl wear). As mdjw_41 says, the replay is rarer and has gone for £600-£700.
