Yes you can pick up bargains sometimes. John likes to snap up programmes under valued with last minute bids. It's a good strategy . eBay is odd. A £1.50 programme can sell for £15 a month later.
I like to check BINs ( especially when I'm buying coins ), but you need to make a decision quick . Snooze and you lose. I found my best buys have come from bulk buys, when the seller does not list programmes appropriately. I once bought " Six Sunderland programmes " for a fiver and re sold one for £24 and another for £67.
