I have just seen an ad on Ebay where in the description the seller says;

'Payment is by Paypal (preferred as a gift)'

I think all those who sell on Ebay would love to avoid Paypal fees if at all possible but how many of us would be as blatant as this?

Good luck to the seller if he/she gets away with it but no doubt the Ebay police will be calling soon. I am surprised it is taking them so long.
