I gave the Oldham club shop a call on Friday to see if they had a copy of the home programme v Derby in the League Cup from this season. I was told that it was a sell out on the day.

I decided to call back, this time to find out who the printers were in case they had any spare. I was put through to the programme editor who not only found a copy, but sent it free of charge and it arrived within 24 hours. A very impressive service!

Anyone else had a similar positive experience recently?
