What would be a reasonable price for a 1932 FA Cup Final programme between Arsenal and Newcastle in top condition?

This one on E-bay at £899.99 is desbribed as

A mere hint of a centre crease is the only "fault" This item is virtually MINT and as good as it gets for a pre-war cup final programme! NO writing.

Isn't this about double what you would now normally expect to pay for this programme?

One sold recently on E-bay for about £330 in fairly good condition.

Sportingold had a 1932 F A Cup Final programme in their May auction (lot 519) the condition which was described as fair to generally good. This had an estimate of £330-340. It sold for £300.
Yes, it would seem that the one currently on Ebay is in excess of the current market price

Yes,....... but you do get free postage

The recent one that sold on ebay for £330 was HSC's, and that was despite his little friend bidding frantically. (although, I don't think it was in top condition).

a few years ago they were going for between 700-800 at auction

FSA had one a couple of weeks ago £400.
